  One of our Mandarin speaking lifestyle managers sourced a local shop and explained the problem, the shop arranged to stay open until the cardholder arrived and confirmed they had the correct medication for the allergy. The lifestyle manager then phoned the cardholder, instructed her to take a taxi and spoke to the taxi driver in Mandarin to give the shop’s address and instruct him to wait and return the lady to her hotel.

• I am travelling from 5 July for about 6 weeks and needs insurance to cover some items of value - laptop and 2 cameras worth about £800 per item. His problem is that he will have no address in the UK but will be returning to an address in Canada in August and he therefore does not have the possessions covered under normal home insurance as his property is being shipped back while he is travelling. Please advise.
