As part of your membership kit you will receive two luggage tags, when traveling these should be placed on your baggage. Should your baggage go missing whilst checked-in with an airline, all you need to do is tell the airline, then contact your lifestyle benefits team with the details the airline provides you, your lifestyle benefits team will then locate and organise for the safe return of the baggage.
